Amrit Pal Singh, born in 1980s a chef from India(punjab) travelled a long way and serving New York with his traditional Indian recipes from the kitchen of his mother.
Amrit completed his schooling in India and moved to Sydney where his brother owns two restaurants to pursue a formal culinary education in Australia in Asian Cookery in the year 2009.Then did an internship in maya tandoor for 2 years in Sydney.
After the completion of his course in Sydney moved to India. Then upon the decision of his wife Tanuj salaria to stay with her parents and brother Rudhar Pratap Singh living in united states Amrit moved to USA in the year 2013.
The family then came to Jackson heights, NY which is place where huge number of restaurants are located. Amrit then worked in local Indian restaurant located in Jackson heights, NY for 2 years.
